When does our satisfaction guarantee apply?
In case you have recieved a photo product that you are not satisfied with, please get in touch with us within six weeks after delivery. Let us know what you are not satisfied with and include a photo of the problem. We will remake your product free of charge or refund you your money - Guaranteed!
