Can I change or cancel my order?
Immediately after you have submitted your order, it will be put into production. This is how we ensure that you receive your photo products as quickly as possible. It is therefore no longer possible to change or cancel your order immediately after it has been received.
Important information:
We can change the delivery address if your photo products are not already in the shipping department. It is best to contact us directly via email so that we can check the production process and take action for you as quickly as possible.service@pixum.com
