I forgot my password - now what?
It's OK if you forgot your password! We will email you a link to set a new password for your Pixum account.
It's that simple:
- click on Login in the top right corner and then 'Forgot password?'
- enter the email by which you're registered at Pixum
- confirm your request by clicking on 'Send email'
- now, check your email inbox for a new message from Pixum. If you don't find a message in the inbox, check your spam folder
- the message we've sent you contains a link for resetting your old password. The link will take you to a page where you enter a new password for your Pixum account
Important Things to Know
A safe password is to have at least:
- 8 digits
- 1 letter
- 1 number
- 1 special character, e.g. ! or ?
- please avoid using _underscore and any currency signs
Keep getting an error message?
What if you have got the confirming message 'Your password has successfully been updated' (in green), but the password form insists that you fill it again? Simply switch to our homepage and log in to your Pixum account!
Log in like a pro
As soon as you are in the 'log in' area, make sure to clear the password field and enter the new one manually. Sometimes, there might appear some automatically filled in entries which confuse the system.
